Jonathan interviews his former pastor, Mark Elmendorp, and asks him about handling transitions in church, ministry, family and life. A decade ago Mark, along with his wife Nina, became the senior pastors of what was Albany Hills Christian Church and now Emerge Church on the north side of Brisbane. Under the their leadership the church has tripled in size and locations.
