Ministry Mondays

We talk about planning events! While many ministers got into ministry for the opportunity to share the gospel; help people grow in their faith; and encourage people towards deep and meaningful relationships with Jesus, few of us ever considered how much of our work would looke a bit like event planning. We talk about the balance of event planning and daily ministry, the kidns of events we're called on to coordinate and help plan, and how to delegate well.
