The Song of the Bride and BrideGroom

We are not wounded warriors

Our life in Christ is wonderful in that it is miraculous, and it is full-of-wonder (wonderful!)

...God Orders our life in a way that we never imagined. Before Christ we never could have dreamed what He had in store for us.

...Wonder = Miracle... Our life is marked by miracles

Our wonderful life starts at the foot of the cross. Comes with a revelation of the truth of who Jesus is & the truth of the gospel. That is shared primarily through preaching and the testimony of His people. (spoken and lived out)

Our life begins with a death (Jesus death, and our death), and we were raised in the newness of life. The life that we now live we live by the faith of the Son of God who loved us and gave Himself for us.

Newness of Life = Zoe = Eternal Life: The life of God given to us when we believe in Jesus. (This life was the light of men).

Ephesians 2:4-6 – But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

We are sitting together in Christ Jesus – there’s nothing missing lacking or broken in Him. His life brings us into His Kingdom: righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.

His life in you will cause you to use your faith and influence in God for the Good: Share your faith, pray for others, boldness to declare the life of God – And that draws others into this wonderful life.

We need both the Promise and the Oath:

The promise discloses the mind and intent of God.

....God’s promise is found in His Word. He gave us His word so that when we speak God’s word out of our mouth, it has the same integrity and same power as when He originally spoke it.

....God’s mind and thoughts are revealed in what He’s promised us.

In the World there is a resistance against the Word of God. This world’s system fights the Word, so it is a fight of faith to believe and hold fast to the Word. That is why God also gave us an oath. The oath discloses the character of God. The Oath lets us how strongly God feels about what He will do for us.

...Hebrews 6:13 - For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself, saying, “Surely blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply you.

His oath brings us STRONG CONSOLATION so we can lay hold of the hope (promise) He’s set before us.

God’s Oath exhibits his extreme desire to perform what is good for us.

This message will strengthen your faith in the faithfulness of God, His heart of love for you and the unshakable integrity of His promise to you.

The Spirit of Compromise

Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Jeremiah 17:14

Your Name has Been Changed

Joy, Laughter, and a merry heart is a cure for the body and disease.

"A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones" Proverbs 17:22

When the righteous prosper, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there are shouts of joy.

Proverbs 11:10

Isaiah 55:11

So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
