In a world that continues to trend towards increasing divisiveness, the task of implementing and cultivating unity gets harder each day for leaders.

If we seek to LOVE the ministry we lead for the long haul, we'd better get real in bearing the fruit of JOY.
For our very first episode, we wanted to "set the table" for what's to come, but start off by interviewing show producer and pastor, Brenton Hill, on the subject of keeping Joy within our ministry.
