Tuesday is going to be a real weather rollercoaster. Temperatures will rise to near 45 degrees by 9 in the morning, then drop to around 39 for the rest of the day. We're talking rain after 2 in the afternoon, with winds picking up to 15 to 20 miles per hour from the north. Gusts could hit 30 miles per hour, so hold onto your hats!

Tuesday night is where things get interesting. Rain transitions to snow, potentially heavy at times, with accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. Temperatures will plummet to 27 degrees, and those winds? They'll be howling at 20 to 25 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour.
