Kyle Martin is a former podcaster himself AND current theatre teacher. It's like we are the same person. On top of that, he used to teach at Travis High School, like your boy! Anyway, Happy Father's Day and enjoy this week's episode.

I need to have more theatre educators that teach at the 1, 2, and 3A levels because their experience and perspective is rather refreshing and unique. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Rick and I hope you do too.

Friend me on Facebook as well.
A live and in-person interview the way this podcast was designed, with Tim Unroe. It felt great to be out in public and getting to know one of the greatest minds that has been in a theatre classroom.

Justin Simien is a Houston native, not a Texas theatre educator, but someone who has Texas theatre education to thank as one of the reasons for his success as a writer, director, producer, etc. Enjoy this interviewing, veering from the normal path a bit, but keeping the entertainment to a max!

Thanks to Missey Head for recommending Dennis as a guest. He does not disappoint!

Get to know the past TxETA president and Texas theatre legend, Missey Head!!! This was a ton of fun and some valuable insight into one of the best.

My apologies that the sound is a tad quiet on the interview. This is one of those interviews that assures educators that there are "friends" in high places that support the arts even when that does not appear to be the case. Dr. Charles Dupre is the superintendent of Fort Bend ISD (for another month) and is a great friend and mentor, but most importantly, he is a massive supporter of the arts and theatre. His story is unique and inspiring. Enjoy!
