When we think of balance in Yoga on the Mat, we think of self confidence, success, arm balances, inversions, standing poses (maybe a little nerves that we might fall?!).
But what does this look like off the mat? To me, it's balancing out life’s crazy. When we detach and refocus, we feel zen. Sometimes we feel guilty or doubt taking "me time" because life's pressures are SO demanding. We shouldn't feel this way, I know though that sometimes (ok much times), I struggle with taking time out for me to refocus and relax.
