Another of my morning walks (with loud car noises sorry!), but nevertheless I feel it's an important topic - maybe even more relevant in these times.
You can choose to be connected - to friends/ family/ community (sports teams, common interests etc.) There are literally thousands of people you could connect with if you so decide.
If you don' to connect with people, then you are choosing distraction. This can be in many forms such as alcohol or drugs, destructive self-behaviour etc.
So if you find yourself in times of distraction, please consider that maybe you need to look for a connection?
