Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga!  This week's episode is an offering of a short meditation to invite you into rest and deep sleep.  Here is the United States we just turned out clocks forward for daylight savings time, which means some of us are experiencing the challenge of waking up an hour early and maybe feeling sleep deprived.  Use this meditation to put yourself to bed earlier, even if the body clock is feeling like it's not ready to go to bed.  Like jet lag, it can take some time to shift the body into a new time zone.  This guided meditation is short and sweet.  It ends in silence. Enjoy!
