60 minute Straight up JIP! Baptiste Journey into Power with Amelia (live recording from Baptiste Power Yoga San Francisco)

Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast! I'm bringing you a 60 minutes  "straight up JIP" class today! This is a traditional Baptiste Journey into Power sequence from a live class recorded at Baptiste Power Yoga San Francisco on October 26, 2022.  You will hear a slight difference in audio as I start you in child's pose, then you'll hear the audio shift to the life recording, then after savasana, I'll welcome you out of your practice.  This class is not intended for beginners, especially since there is no video and it assumes you are familiar with the names of the postures, alignment, and ujjayi breath.  This is offered to you to honor the requests of several students, including my teacher trainees going through my Spiritually Fit Yoga school, to practice straight up JIP at home.  Enjoy!
