Hello loves, Happy mental health week, how has the week been for us? 

Seeing as we had a 2-day break hope we got our much needed rest? Everyone of us myself included has gone through their share of situations that may have in one way or the other affected our mental health or may have caused more stress than usual. in this episode I have put together a couple of tips I feel will be helpful in improving our mental health.
