Los cambios en la vida pueden ser aterradores para muchos, por muchos años tuve oposición a los cambios en mi vida, pues la estabilidad me da tranquilidad, pero lo incierto me da ansiedad y temor, pero conforme ha pasado el tiempo he aprendido a confiar y tener fé en que si ya las cosas no están fluyendo un cambio puede llegar hacer la mejor opción, esto se aplica a todos aspecto de la vida.

A veces nos aferramos a la comodidad o a lo seguro pero creo que en mi vida los cambios han traído un sin fin de bendiciones aunque al principio me costó adaptarme a los nuevos cambios de mi rutina.

Hoy les quise interpretar una canción de un cantante cristiano que suele hacer canciones muy inspiradoras y en este caso esta letra habla sobre la fé en Dios, en como el va obrando en nuestro camino y aunque las fuerzas suelen agotarse en Dios todo lo podemos. Elegí esta canción pensando en que no importa lo que pueda pasar en mi vida, Dios tiene el control de todo.

Les quiero contar con mucha alegría que el fin de semana mi esposo y yo pudimos adquirir un cuatro, la verdad es que tenía tiempo diciéndole que quería este instrumento para acompañar las canciones Venezolanas que requerían de este sonido particular y los parrandas navideñas, pero en aquel momento había prioridades en casa y usé mi guitarra como siempre.

Conseguimos una excelente oferta por Internet que además del cuatro podíamos obtener unas maracas y una pandereta, aunque es más para niños pero nos cae super bien porque tenemos un niño. Ese día nos alistamos como de costumbre para hacer mercado pero los planes cambiaron inmediatamente por esta oferta tan accesible para nosotros.

Aunque es un cuatro usado debo decir que está en muy buenas condiciones,creo que estoy como niña con juguete nuevo, así que estos días me estuve familiarizando con el instrumento pues nunca lo había tocado, así que practiqué algunos acordes y que mejor manera de estrenar mi cuatro que con la canción "Venezuela", espero seguir aprendiendo algunos ritmos que me permitan ir ampliando el repertorio venezolano.

Hola mi querida familia de esta comunidad que sigue creciendo cada dia, me alegra saber que muchos conocidos se han animado a compartir sus habilidades y deleitarnos semana tras semanas.

Me alegra estar de vuelta con ustedes para seguir compartiendo lo que amo hacer, mi pasión es la música y cantar es una de las cosas que me hace muy feliz.

Hace un par de horas regresé de un paseo familiar y en lo que llegué a casa no perdí el tiempo y decidí grabar la canción que tenía planificada para esta semana. Aunque batallé un poco para elegir un tema que me gustara, cómo me suele suceder a última hora llega a mi mente unos temazos que merecen toda mi atención para versionar, lo que pasa es que a veces es cuestión de emociones y me sucede que puedo practicar un tema hoy que no me guste como me queda, pero dentro de una semana me encanta y decido montarla.

Asi voy semana tras semana luchando con mis propias emociones, límites y creatividad para poder traer un cover que se pueda apreciar mi esencia en cada frase, que mi voz exprese cada sentimiento y sensación que el autor plasmó en su letra y aunque parece fácil no lo es en muchas ocasiones.

Hoy les quise presentar un cover de una canción de Juan Luis Guerra, a estás alturas creo que la gran mayoría la conocen, recuerdo que en su época fué muy querida y debo decir que a mí me encantó ese álbum dedicado a Dios, canciones preciosas que expresan palabras de adoración y un deseo ferviente de estar más cerca de él.

A couple of hours ago I returned from a family outing and as soon as I got home I wasted no time and decided to record the song I had planned for this week. Although I struggled a little to choose a song that I liked, as usually happens to me at the last minute comes to my mind some great songs that deserve my attention to cover, what happens is that sometimes it is a matter of emotions and it happens to me that I can practice a song today that I do not like how I like it, but within a week I love it and I decide to ride it.

So I go week after week struggling with my own emotions, limits and creativity to bring a cover that my essence can be appreciated in every phrase, that my voice expresses every feeling and sensation that the author captured in his lyrics and although it seems easy it is not in many occasions

Today I wanted to present a cover of a song by Juan Luis Guerra, by now I think most of you know it, I remember that in his time it was very loved and I must say that I loved that album dedicated to God, beautiful songs that express words of worship and a fervent desire to be closer to him.

Considero que una de las mayores virtudes que puede tener una persona es la humildad, creo que reconocer los errores y pedir perdón es una de las maneras en las que practicamos ser humildes, lo contrario a esto sería la altivez y la arrogancia lo que nos hace perder a personas que pueden llegar a ser importante de nuestro entorno.

Escuchando la canción "Vas a quedarte" pude reflexionar sobre la manera en que a veces actuamos, no hay ser humano que no haya cometido un error en su vida, pero lo más sensato después de haber actuado de manera errática es evitar caer en un círculo vicioso y si es posible tratar de enmendar lo que hicimos.

Esta canción nos habla sobre una persona que entiende que ha cometido un error en una relación lo cual provoca la ruptura y de manera desespera quiere enmendar su situación y hacer que esa persona vuelva a su vida, haciendo todo lo posible para reconquistarla.

Esta canción me parece muy bonita, la escuché hace poco y me enganchó así que quise practicarla para compartirla con ustedes y amé el sentimiento que está impregnado en las frases de sus versos.

I believe that one of the greatest virtues a person can have is humility, I believe that recognizing mistakes and asking for forgiveness is one of the ways in which we practice being humble, the opposite of this would be haughtiness and arrogance which makes us lose people who can become important in our environment.

Listening to the song “Vas a quedarte” I was able to reflect on the way we sometimes act, there is no human being who has not made a mistake in his life, but the most sensible thing to do after having acted erratically is to avoid falling into a vicious circle and if possible try to make amends for what we did.

This song tells us about a person who understands that he has made a mistake in a relationship which causes the breakup and desperately wants to amend his situation and make that person back into his life, doing everything possible to win him back.

This song seems very nice to me, I heard it recently and I was hooked so I wanted to practice it to share it with you and I loved the feeling that is impregnated in the phrases of his verses.

Les comparto que esta ha Sido una semana muy bonita, de las pocas que puedo decir que todo fluye y que los momentos de estrés son muy pocos, estoy viendo el resultado de muchos esfuerzos en mi familia y eso es gratificante y por eso mi canción de esta semana va dedicada a Dios, el agradecimiento por todo lo que me está pasando en este momento de mi vida va dirigido a El.

Creo que acordarse de Dios no debe limitarse a los momentos duros de la vida, creo que muchos de nosotros hemos recurrido a su ayuda cuando nos sentimos abrumados por las situaciones complicadas, buscando de alguna manera a través de la fé encontrar una salida, pero hoy mientras cocinaba me provocó escuchar una canción cristiana y eso me condujo a reflexionar sobre como me sentía, y afortunadamente la respuesta fué positiva y comencé agradecer a Dios y a platicar con el, de allí la canción que hoy les interpreto.

Aunque no escucho la voz de Dios audiblemente creo que el nos puede hablar de muchas maneras, a través de situaciones, obviamente la biblia y también en canciones que escucho que son como un bálsamo de paz a mi vida.

Es bueno aprender nuevas cosas y esta semana me enteré de que se trata la Quarezma, realmente no tenía idea y gracias a varios de mis compañeros pude tener una idea clara y así elegir una canción acorde al tema dado.

Siento que aún sigo muy apegada a las canciones de mi niñez y lo mismo pasa con las canciones cristianas, "Yo te busco" se convirtió en una canción que se cantaba todos los domingos en la iglesia donde asistía con mi familia y la recuerdo con tanto cariño porque amaba el coro de esa canción y la sensación de sentirme cerquita de Dios, la sinceridad de decir a gritos la necesidad de estar cerca de Dios.

It is good to learn new things and this week I found out what Quarezma is all about, I really had no idea and thanks to several of my colleagues I was able to have a clear idea and thus choose a song according to the given theme.

I feel that I am still very attached to the songs of my childhood and the same happens with Christian songs, “Yo te busco” became a song that was sung every Sunday in the church where I attended with my family and I remember it with so much affection because I loved the chorus of that song and the feeling of being close to God, the sincerity of shouting out the need to be close to God.

Después de darles muchas vueltas al asunto finalmente pude conseguir una canción que pienso que puede adaptarse a esta semana, resulta que se me hizo difícil escoger una que ya no hayan traído y por eso pensé que dejaría pasar esta semana, aunque yo no participo del carnaval desde hace muchos años para mí representa unas minis vacaciones, alegría, sol y playa por eso se me ocurrió que esta canción caería bien.

Fué gracioso para mí practicar la canción porque no es el género musical que interpreto pero no saben lo mucho que me divertí al escucharme hacer esas frases rápidas, para serles sincera me gustó el proceso y también el resultado.

After a lot of thinking I was finally able to come up with a song that I think might fit this week, it turns out that it was hard for me to choose one that you have not already brought and so I thought I would let this week pass, although I have not participated in carnival for many years for me it represents a mini vacation, joy, sun and beach so it occurred to me that this song would fit in well.

It was funny for me to practice the song because it is not the musical genre I play but you don't know how much fun I had listening to myself making those quick phrases, to be honest I liked the process and also the result.

Es una lastima para mí no poder acompañarlos la ronda pasada, estos días he estado concentrada y dedicada en situaciones familiares que requieren de mi entera atención, gracias a Dios las aguas se han calmado y ya tengo más tiempo para seguir compartiendo con ustedes.

Bien, la canción que hoy les interpreto tiene una vibra muy especial, muy interesante y conmovedora una vez que logras conectar con su mensaje, "Hasta la raíz" más que ser una canción que nos habla de nuestro origen para mí es un canto sobre la vida misma y de todas esas vivencias sean buenas o malas pero sin olvidar quienes somos, creo que es un mensaje poderoso porque en un mundo donde hay tantas redes sociales que nos bombardean diariamente con ideas sobre como deberíamos ser o actuar tenemos que estar muy seguros de nosotros mismos porque podríamos estar idealizando algo que no es real.

Mientras más la practicada más amaba cada palabra de esta canción y me sentía identificada con las frases que hablan sobre las dificultades Pero de esa fuerza y ese empuje para continuar a pesar de los tropiezos, simplemente hermoso.

Para mí fue un reto pues la canción tiene un ritmo que no he tocado antes y traté de tocar lo que a mí oído venía, pero cantar y tocar es otra cosa jajaja así que hubo momentos en los que el ritmo salió del grupo y en ocasiones el canto también XD 🤣, pero después de tanto práctica creo que salió.

Well, the song that I interpret today has a very special vibe, very interesting and moving once you manage to connect with its message, "Hasta la raíz" more than being a song that tells us about our origin for me is a song about life itself and all those experiences whether good or bad but without forgetting who we are, I think it is a powerful message because in a world where there are so many social networks that bombard us daily with ideas about how we should be or act we have to be very sure of ourselves because we could be idealizing something that is not real.

The more I practiced it the more I loved every word of this song and I felt identified with the phrases that talk about the difficulties but of that strength and that push to continue despite the stumbles, just beautiful.

For me it was a challenge as the song has a rhythm that I haven't played before and I tried to play what came to my ear, but singing and playing is another thing hahaha so there were moments when the rhythm came out of the group and sometimes the singing too XD 🤣, but after so much practice I think it came out.

Si hay algo de lo que puedo sentirme afortunada en esta vida es de la familia que Dios me ha dado, conocer a una persona con la que puedo contar siempre y además tener tantas cosas en común es una bendición y aunque no creo en la suerte definitivamente me siento como una suertuda por vivir con la persona que amo.

No les miento, la convivencia no es fácil, pero he aprendido que cuando se ama también se aprende tantas cosas necesarias para poder seguir adelante a pesar de los desacuerdos y a medida que avance el tiempo esa relación se vuelve más fuerte. Quise dedicar mi tema de esta semana a los que creemos que conseguir el amor de nuestras vida fue muy buena suerte. ☺️

If there is something that I can feel lucky in this life is the family that God has given me, to know a person that I can always count on and also to have so many things in common is a blessing and although I don't believe in luck I definitely feel lucky to live with the person I love.

I'm not lying to you, living together is not easy, but I have learned that when you love you also learn so many things necessary to be able to move forward despite disagreements and as time progresses that relationship becomes stronger. Saludos a toda la comunidad de hive, nuevamente tengo el placer de compartir mi talento y pasión con cada uno de ustedes, esperando de alguna manera inspirar y hacerlos revivir recuerdos a través de canciones y experiencias propias.

Hoy les quiero regalar un mix de boleros que son algunos de mis favoritos, digo algunos porque realmente me faltaron varios que aprecio mucho por la belleza de su composición, pero puedo decir que estos tres siempre están en mi memoria y es inevitable sonreír cada vez que los canto. Si algo tienen en común estas hermosas canciones es la ternura de su letra, sobretodo "Contigo aprendí" que siempre suelo compararla con mi amor por mi hijo, es que esas frases para mí tienen que ver con un amor totalmente fuera de este mundo y en este caso el amor maternal no tiene comparación alguna por eso es que amo este tema porque me recuerda que yo nací el día en que mi bebé llegó a este mundo.

Sabor a mi es un clásico que a todos nos gusta, pienso que es una obra exquisita de buen gusto y cien por ciento romántico, también siento que en una canción que expresa una dulzura con algo de picardía, por eso no dude en añadirlo a esta lista.

Por último pero no menos importante para mí, quise cantar "Piel canela" que está llena de poesía, ternura, dulzura y todo lo necesario para quedarse en tu mente y robarte una sonrisa mientras la escuchas, sin duda se merece el lugar en mi lista de boleros favoritos que volvería a cantar sin pensarlo.

Espero seguir la semana que viene con otros boleros que también se han robado mi corazón y merecen ser interpretados cada que se pueda.

Greetings to all the hive community, once again I have the pleasure to share my talent and passion with each one of you, hoping to somehow inspire you and make you relive memories through songs and experiences of my own.

Today I want to give you a mix of boleros that are some of my favorites, I say some because I really missed several that I appreciate very much for the beauty of their composition, but I can say that these three are always in my memory and it is inevitable to smile every time I sing them. If there is something that these beautiful songs have in common is the tenderness of their lyrics, especially "Contigo aprendí" which I always compare to my love for my son, for me those phrases have to do with a love totally out of this world and in this case maternal love has no comparison whatsoever, that is why I love this song because it reminds me that I was born the day my baby came into this world.

Sabor a mi is a classic that we all love, I think it is an exquisite work of good taste and one hundred percent romantic, I also feel that in a song that expresses a sweetness with some mischief, that's why I did not hesitate to add it to this list.

Last but not least for me, I wanted to sing "Piel canela" which is full of poetry, tenderness, sweetness and everything you need to stay in your mind and steal a smile while listening to it, no doubt it deserves the place in my list of favorite boleros that I would sing again without thinking about it.
