We don’t always have the self-esteem let alone the love for our selves. It’s also sometimes easier to give others compliments but what about us?

It’s not always easy to do, to stand in front of a mirror with the lights on but I’m asking you to do this naked. And speak out loud to yourself. Start by giving yourself compliments. In a loving nurturing way.

We need to start looking within to build that relationship up. Look yourself in the mirror and start today!
