So here’s my two cents, the mirror of self reflection can be powerful to empowerment when using intentionally, so you said wisely to help you find your inner strength, courage and self-power. But if we only glands at our self in the mirror, we might miss something important.. on the other hand if we focus too long on our flaws, we might feel discourage.
