Much of this has been manipulated by the monster of Commercialism, which has turned the nobler elements of certain celebrations into yet another occasion to buy, to consumer, to discard...

Thankfully, Lara Day has embraced her mission as an advocate for more meaningful, truly sacred commemorations of Nature's cycles.
