In the final episode of this season of Misadventures of An Inspired Woman, Dr. Keisha interviews Helen Higginbotham, MBA, JD. They cover everything from the true meaning of Black Girl Magic, advocacy, activism and Black Travel.

In this episode, actress and mental health advocate Jillian Reeves  talks to Dr. Keisha about her journey from being a teen mom, to becoming an advocate for mental illness and her directorial debut in the film Broken.  Jillian's passion is to #EndTheStigma of mental illness in the African American community. This versatile actress has most recently graced the screen in her breakout performance as Giselle Marks in TVOne's Media. She's also had recurring roles on Young and the Restless and  CSI:Miami, guest spots on shows including Grey's Anatomy, Masters of Sex and Game of Silence.

Kalilah Wright, born in Jamaica W.I., migrated to the United States at the tender age of 4 and was raised in Brooklyn, NY. She is the Founder and CEO of expressive brand Mess in a Bottle. As an accomplished designer and trained architect, she used her Masters degree from Morgan State University and Bachelors of Arts from Penn State University to establish the brand in January 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland. Mess in a Bottle allows you to put messages on t-shirts and are packaged in reusable bottles. In this episode Dr. Keisha speaks with Kalilah about her evolution as an entrepreneur and her desire to empower others through her brand. 

Dr. Maiysha Clairborne is an Integrative Family Physician, Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis & Time Line Therapy®, & founder of the Mind Re-Mapping Academy. She is also a survivor. In this episode she discusses her experiences with teenage depression, suicidality, living in a home with domestic violence, motherhood and how her mindset and treatment has helped her to not only survive, but also equip others on their journey. *

Dr. Marsha Caton is a geneticist whose professional interests include highlighting the importance of clinical research in discovering cures for debilitating diseases, particularly for patients with cancer. She is also very passionate about exposing girls to the biomedical sciences at an early age. In this episode she shares her journey beginning as a young girl in Trinidad to today being a wife, mother of three and a life long learner.

She founded The Black Girl Doctor, a virtual therapy practice that specializes in providing counseling to high achieving professional Black women.
