What's Up Empowered Women!?! In this episode I sit down with my husband, as promised last week, to go dive into how he has handled our miscarriage. I know this podcast is entitled 'Empowered Women,' but there are DEFINITELY times when our men out there need to feel the love, and miscarriage is definitely one of those times. It was definitely a struggle seeing my husband "move on" faster than I did, but getting to sit down and communicate with him today, and everyday, is a big reason why I felt like I had the support I needed, which has allowed me to open up to all of my viewers. Communication is our number one priority in our marriage, and will continue to be. It allows us to best understand one another, and I couldn't be more thankful for Mike's calm when I am in an emotional shit storm.
