Know your shortcomings (food, liquor, social media, etc).
Own them.
You can’t fix anything until you acknowledge them.
Remove Temptations
Out of sight, out of mind.
By removing some of your greatest temptations. Will greatly improve your self discipline.
Fewer distractions = more focus.
Ditch bad influences to ensure success.
Set clear goals and have an execution plan
Set attainable and incremental goals.
Make sure it’s a solid outline that you stick to.
Don’t just say I want to lose 50lbs. Plan out each week and month how much you want to shed to get to your total goal of weight loss.
Build your self-confidence
Understand that confidence is not a trait that you are necessarily born with.
You have to work on it daily to build.
Some just grasp it a lot faster than others.
Create new habits by keeping it simple
KISS = Keep IT Stupid Simple
Don’t try to build the on the house brick by brick.
