Misguided Fishing's guest this week is Capt Ben Morris of Salty Water OBX.  Ben is middle aged like myself but fishes with the energy of a someone half our age.  Sleep is his foe apparently.  Ben is also and art school grad which I find as interesting if not more.  His artwork is displayed throughout Dare County and even other states.  I've embedded samples of his work throughout the video here.   Ben is not only one of the top tier guides around but also one of the most creative guys I know.

Capt Joey Belton joins Jack and I this week on Misguided Fishing Podcsast. Once again, two offshore guys discuss what it takes to be an offshore hero fisherman. I occasionally get to chime in. I've know Joey for a long time and it has been a pleasure to watch him go from a first time in the cockpit mate to running one of the "heavy hitter" boats that fish in the Oregon Inlet Fleet. The guy is full of knowledge and readily admits he learns everyday on the water.

We get to hear Jack talk a lot during this episode of Misguided Fishing; a whole lot.  Jack and guest Jake Worthington discuss offshore fishing and leave co host Donnie D staring with a glazed look in his eyes.  For all the crap Donnie likes to give these guys he admits they are both on top of their games when comes to offshore fishing.

Misguided Fishing's guest this episode is Travis Kemp, aka NC Travis, aka TW's Bait and Tackle's Business Development Manager.  We start off reveling in Jack's ignorance regarding "the bass" and go from there to learn about beach fishing for big Red Drum, rod making, upcoming all inclusive fishing tournaments and the sub tourneys that are built inside them. 

Travis guides, mates, and works full time at TW's.  He is a knowledgeable man with boundless energy who wants to grow and market the Outer Banks' iconic tackle establishment.  He also had a ton to say and we only touched on some of it.  Probably gonna be a return guest.
