Going into the Holiday season can be tough. Whether its from a lost loved one or little to no support with family and/or friends. I understand, I too struggle from December blues; I turned those into traditions with friends and mentally making sure I'm supported as well. Having time to reflecting on what the true meaning of Thanksgiving is.. I felt we do so much as friends why not start a new tradition have a "Friendsgiving"?? Everyone was down .. I mean why now? Who does not like food, drinks, good company and games? It was a hit from the fried turkey, to the side dishes to the laughter and games. Everyone left with full bellies and made the remark "LETS MAKE THIS A TRADITION" ...

Its me being vulnerable and explaining my struggles and how I cope and try to cope. Lets be real with the seasons changing I do fear I will go backwards. Some call it hibernation and I call it turtle mode lol. Pulling into our shells and checking out; So what are ways we can work on this ?
