I think times have progressed to a point we can respect everyone and not agree with everything. So, open your mental palettes. Disband your weapons of defense. And come have a seat at the table as we discuss going against the status quo and laying everything on the floor.

All in all, we just want everyone to be happy and know that your happiness is your responsibility. Respect is our birthright, but joy and peace is something we often have to advocate for, to get it, or keep it; no matter what we identify as…we’re beings having a human experience. One of the things that takes constant work is becoming more aware of who you are. Once you realize that certain people, places, and things don’t serve you, then you move different. And one of life’s greatest revelations is when you learn to simply not give 1 single ounce of a f**k!

We literally don’t give too many f**ks that we may have potentially incriminated ourselves this week; but guess what? We don’t care!

Maybe it’s because Toya has turned a year older or Asia is overjoyed about new heights on the horizon in her life. But one thing is for certain, we’re elevating and the dumb shit isn’t going with us! including the "strong, black woman" character! we're living the soft life over here!
