In this segment on the Tennessee Trucking Association Podcast, we visit with Dave Manning, the President of TCW who was one of part of the delegation during the TTA's Call on Washington. 2017 will be a big year for Dave, who is scheduled to become the next Chairman of the American Trucking Associations in October

We open our interview series with Scott talking a number of the many highlights from what has been a memorable year. 2016 began with Scott playing Duane Allman's Gold Top guitar during a concert series with the Gregg Allman Band in Macon. It is ending with Scott using the Gold Top during his recording sessions in FAME Studios.

In Part 2 of our interview series, Scott talks about the state of the music business and making albums. We also discussed the decision Scott and his management team made to use the crowd-funding platform Pledge Music to finance the recording of his new album at FAME Studios.

In Part 3 of the series, Scott discusses his collaboration with the String Cheese Incident at the Peach Festival this summer that served as a musical get-well card for Gregg. We also talked about Scott’s participation at Mercer University’s commencement ceremonies this Spring in Macon when Gregg was presented with an honorary doctorate.

In the fourth and final segment of the series, Scott discusses how playing with some of legends of Muscle Shoals and Memphis will be influencing the recording process on his new album as well as other topics.
