FAVORITISM. We all struggle with showing love and grace toward ALL people, but God never does. For a host of reasons, we choose those whom we'll be kind to, but God's kindness is shown to EVERYONE. What if we learned to live daily with a gracious consideration of everyone we meet? What kind of culture could we create if we looked past skin color, achievements, marital status, voting record, etc. and be welcoming and compassionate to all? IMITATION. Some say it's the highest form of flattery. I'll say it's the highest form of worship. Simply put, God wants us to reflect His character in our lives. There's no greater way to live.
