1. Have you thought that expressing lament is something that is normal and helpful for a Christian? Why or why not?  

2. Are there ways you have remembered or memorialized God's past faithfulness to you? What is an example of a time when you, at first, didn't recognize God's faithfulness to you in a situation but can see it now?

1. How does remembering your status apart from Christ help you appreciate your belonging as a citizen in God’s kingdom? 
2. What are some ways you can deepen your participation in the rooted, committed family of God? 
3. Where is God calling you to participate in his mission to build up the church and extend his presence to more people and places?

• What is comforting and faith-building about God's Omniscience and Omnipresence?  Are those truths hard for you to affirm in some ways?  
• How should it affect the decisions we make in our lives if God "knit us together" and "knows us" to such a degree? What does rebellion to those truths bring into our lives?  
• Let's pray and thank God for his vast thoughts toward you and exhaustive knowledge of all things!

• In our current culture what does it mean to "Be Still (or cease striving) and know that He is God,” as the nations rage and so much seems unstable? 
• What are ways we can cultivate a sense of God's presence; that He is "with us" in our day-to-day lives?

• How can we develop a trust in the Lord as our first instinct in those times? How does God's knowledge and care for us (He holds our tears in a bottle) help in the middle of fear?

• What are some ways we can pursue Unity in our relationships at missio? What are things that get in the way of that pursuit? 
• How does Christ's work in saving us by Grace Alone help us in pursuing unity?
