From Caguas to Milwaukee: The Salsa Journey of Junior Rivera 🇵🇷🎶

Mission 2 Mars 🚀 | Junior Rivera

From Caguas, Puerto Rico, to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Junior Rivera has spent decades making his mark in the world of salsa. Starting his singing journey at just 14 years old, Junior has performed with some of the biggest names in salsa and has built his own career as a singer, songwriter, and sonero.

In this episode of Mission 2 Mars, we talk about his journey from Puerto Rico to Milwaukee, the evolution of salsa, the artists who influenced him, representing Puerto Rican culture through music, and what it takes to keep traditional salsa alive for a new generation.

And of course, we put Junior through the Mission 2 Mars Puerto Rico Rapid-Fire Round! 🇵🇷🔥🎵 Listen to Junior Rivera on Spotify:Junior Rivera on Spotify
