Ben Sisko and Miles O’Brien are surveying planets for future colonies. They find one that seems to have a colony already. A human colony. But there’s no record of it, and they’re not responding to hails. Leave well enough alone? That’s not the Sisko way. The two men soon find themselves prisoners on a planet that’s sworn off technology, under the thumb of a despotic leader. Will they escape? Will others follow if they do?
