1. I need a deep awareness of my sin and God's holiness.--2. I need to experience the joy of God's salvation.--3. Then I may be moved to share Christ with other sinners who need him.

1. Encouragements to -walk in the light.---2. The darkness IS passing away, because the TRUE LIGHT is shining---3.
