In this episode, we share some brief updates related to the Schreck family with the baby girl about to arrive, the Italy Covid situation, and the outreach ministry. We start with a Bible exhortation from Luke 14:33 --

So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.

Thank you, dear partners, for your heartfelt participation in the ministry.

In this episode, we share 2 book recommendations for individuals and families. One will give you a good history of the work of missionaries over the centuries (great for Sunday evenings), and the other is like a handbook for missions (great for anyone getting personally involved in missions). We find it to be extremely practical. We recommend it as a must-read for all our future missionaries.

We are now picking up our series on Questions and Answers. This process began back when we used to have Q&A panels with missionaries and students from the USA at SBI. It is a great way to let people ask questions about missions, evangelism, and church planting to real missionaries to Italy. The question for today is an important one because this life-changing and forming discipline has been largely lost in our day.

Q | How do you do family worship/devotions on the mission field?

In addition to sharing how we personally live this out, we also share why this is so important, 3 practical tips, and two book recommendations for others.

This is a sermon preached by Jesse for our friends at New Life Vicenza, Italy. This is a church for US soldiers that serve our country at a base in North Italy. We are grateful for these brothers and sisters and honored to serve them the Word of God as they serve and protect the USA and Italy. This church is actively reaching the Italian people by praying for and supporting the ongoing work of PMc to evangelize, disciple, and plant Biblical churches in Italy. To God alone the glory - SDG.

Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. - Proverbs 19:11

In uncertain times, stressful times, pandemic times (life awaiting Jesus' return) offenses will abound, but as Christians we can respond Biblically. Listen to hear more about when, why, and how we can overlook offenses to the glory of God.
