This episode, featuring Jesse Schreck of Missions Incorporated and Practical Missions Cohort, delves into the often overlooked but crucial aspects of biblical missions, highlighting the importance of a deeply rooted understanding of God, the gospel, grace, the Church, and love. By exploring the challenges and opportunities in Italy's mission field, characterized by nominal Catholicism, the discussion underscores the need for missionaries to avoid pragmatic approaches and instead ground their work in essential biblical truths. The episode emphasizes the inexhaustibility of learning about God, advocating for a missionary approach that treats evangelism not as a mere venture but as a faithful stewardship of the Great Commission. Listeners are encouraged to deepen their biblical understanding and engage directly with missions that embody these core principles, ensuring their work is both authentic and impactful.

Today we share some ministry updates and dive into a lesson on Why Becoming Roman Catholic is not a good idea for a Christian. This lesson was inspired by Dr. James White when he recently shared some very insightful comments regarding evangelical crossing over to the Roman Catholic Church. We discussed that from the perspective of an evangelical missionary in Italy.
