In today's chat we work through an incident at Demi's where she "let downl" Scarlet which resulted in Demi's realisation that she needs to slow down and refocus her engird onto the stuff that matters. We also attempt to figure out a way to get off the devices plus we dive deeper into Mel's underlying anxiety that she wasn't previously aware of and take a harder look at trying to unpack how to conquer Demi's body image post having a baby! This ep felt like someone reading our diaries.
We aren't doctors or physiologists, we are just two mums facing our own issues and sharing them with you as we navigate through them!

We hadn't seen each other in weeks and had plenty to catch up on! But today, we spoke a lot about Mel's underlying anxiety that she thought was "normal" and recently learnt was the probable cause of most of her skin issues (IYKYK).
Demi touched on her body image difficulties at the moment however we are very keen to revisit this topic!

We were thrilled to sit down with the very nervous Mardi Dangerfield, who felt very uncomfortable to sit in the hot seat!
We didn't know what to expect with this episode as Mardi usually keeps her cards close however she chatted to us about her steep decline in mental health after giving birth to her firstborn son, but only realised years later when she had her second child.
Mardi chats to us about how difficult it can be to have your life dictated by the large AFL organisation and how it forced her to have a induction when her body wasn't ready.
This was such an open and honest chat and we appreciate Mardi for going so far outside of her comfort zone to chat to us and be so vulnerable!

We were lucky enough to sit down with Amelia O'Brien for a incredibly honest chat about her mental health and how different it is for her behind the scenes of her social media!
Amelia lost her son Tommy at 16 weeks which triggered her deep set anxiety to surface through panic attacks and force her to seek professional help.
Amelia is navigating through her healthy journey with small yet positive steps in the right direction every day!

We were to lucky to sit down with Melbourne girl, currently in New York, Rachel Baker, founder of LBDO to chat all things sexual wellness and her mission to create an aesthetically pleasing safe space around the discussion!
Rachel gives great advice about your forever changing libido, especially after children and explains ways to improve yours and your partners communication around your sex life.
Of course Mel was a prude and Demi over shared but we both learnt a lot and absolutely loved the chat!
