Al and Rudy try something a bit new.

Why do I always start the description in third person, then switch to first person conversational in, like, the first paragraph. Hm. I guess we'll never know.

We talk about a lot of stuff today! I had a game with Perdita where I did some filthy c-c-c-combos, and Al has a couple games with the same master that, while they have functionally the same crew, they go very differently.

We then UNLOAD on the second master in depth. (You'll remember our first was with Joe's talk about Lady J). This week, Al and I talk molly, getting me ready to make use of the Undead Reporter with a heart of slowly decaying human flesh, Molly Squidgepige.

Technical issues abound, F-Bombs are dropped, and we run a little long, but mistakes were definitely made. Tune in, grab a brush, or a brew (or both!) and enjoy Mistakes were Made Episode 7.

This week- well, these weeks... Alan and I were a little busy, so we didn't get a ton of games in. The ones we did we learned a lot from. I'm still very excited to be playing masters that I have little to no experience with, and having a reason to hang with Alan more often (while digitally) has been a lot of fun too! Because we still talked for too long, I had to work some audio-voodoo magic, and dropped us back to 64bit mp3 with a mono channel for quality. If it's atrocious, let me know and I'll try not to do that in the future. We may play around with bitrate and mono vs. stereo, but if you wanted anything it was gonna have to be mixed down, so you're welcome, and I'm sorry. :P

The Inaugural episode of the mistakes were made podcast.

Alan and Rudy talk about how many "malifauxs" they have, and what they intend to do about it.

As it is our first episode, this one is probably longer than our usual ep will be- clocking in at just over an hour. In our future episodes we hope to have a Hobby/Games style segments, updates on our progress, and most of all, things we've learned from the mistakes we've made.
