When an old enemy turns back up, Wax is sent on a mission from god. With the city in turmoil and a new brand of insanity on the loose, Wax is forced to use only his wits, his guns and his immense magical powers to crush the person getting workers to ask for more rights. Near the end we discover Fletcher has the divine gift of prophecy.
