This week's episode of the Know The Game Podcast features recently retired pro lacrosse player Mitch Belisle. Mitch was a Cornell University graduate who went on to play professional lacrosse for more than a decade in both Major League Lacrosse and the National Lacrosse League. He also went on to compete for Team USA as a member of the 2011 Indoor team and 2014 outdoor team. He now works as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Trilogy Lacrosse.
