Miti's Talk is BACK!!!! A Recap of my past 2 years and open up about my latest struggles I am dealing with the past couple months. I'd like to tell you more here but I believe listening or watching (recommended to speed it up as I have no speed at all!!! :D) But let's the video speak to itself. :) Support your Girl: and COMMENT, LIKE, SHARE and SUBSCRIBE+FOLLOW Peace&Love Miti
Yesterday Morning, I've got up, did a few minutes yoga/stretching and I was out! Went for a 2 hours walk. Watched the sunrise, connected with the nature and with the Universe. The whole time I felt amazing, and my day started amazing and I was empowered. I recorded my thoughts and here the audio/video and you can witness my 'self-talk'. First time I share a video what I didn't think through what I'm going to say; because normally I write my thoughts out so it will be organised and easy to follow. This is an other way to get out of my comfort zone I'd say :).
Enjoy this part because this is a little pre-talk about a topic that I already stepped into in my previous entries and now I am 'studying' it much much deeper which I am going to share as well.
Let me know what you think: LIKE, COMMENT and it's okay if you SHARE too :).

As I mention it, me and my metaphors :) but I find it important to use something for myself - and maybe for you too - that I can hold onto and helps me understand the process. The Muddy Path is the path I am walking on right now. The path I've chosen it is beautiful but it's not always just happiness and rainbow. Sometimes it gets hard to walk on, like a muddy path, sometimes need to take a detour, or side walks to be able to keep going, but eventually the mud will dry up - the Sun is there for you - and the path will be easy to walk on again. And maybe rain comes again, but that's okay, because you are much further this time on the path and you learnt a lot and you'll be more peppered when another muddy, maybe flooded parts comes or any obstacles on your path.
Self-Love journey can be very painful especially at the beginning, because there are loads of traumas coming to surface to deal with. And for me, finding metaphors help me to see the whole picture, because there is always a Bigger Picture. And this is what we want to achieve, right? To get to that Bigger Picture - and not to give up, I need something I can understand that is okay to slow down, fall and stand still for a bit and take a break. - BUT! Keeping that PICTURE in front of me, helps me to keep going.

I found an article I wrote back in November 2018 and I never shared it. Today I went through it and I figured it has a lot to say. For me at least feels very powerful. And this article is resonates with me today even more than two years ago. I am on the path of Self - Awareness and Self - Love journey and this mind- flow is really spoke to me… feels like I sent a message to myself to the future. :) Especially these times we are living in, all the isolations and economic problems because of the pandemic and such. This is the time where we need to actually be there for ourselves just as much that we would be there for anyone else we love!
This little anecdote will let you have an insight of the way my mind works. I even found it myself to follow the flow of it :)
Enjoy!

NO MORE WAIT!
Unfortunately took me a long time due to personal events, but I got it ready.
Joshua is an extremely inspirational to me. I find his podcast extremely intellectual and interesting. Almost scares me.
This episode could go for hours :) and definitely worth to check his podcast out; you'll learn so much.
Joshua is mostly has insights in American event and history but he does following international movements about Covid19 too.
We had an interesting discussion about the topic and I got to hear his theories what he gained from that so many research he did prior to got his opinion about it all.
I read this article at the beginning of lockdown.. And it scared me in a sense... Not sure where to put this all these information.
Joshua is a host of a podcast called Our Foundations and he did special episode about Covid19. Hit him up to listen his work and follow him on Twitter too.
Meanwhile here is our conversation about his experience and what he found about this current situation and what is his point of view.

Generation Q had another guest, who I had such a good talk with. Andrew J. Boyer is a singer and songwriter with a lovely heart, who only wants to spread his message. And today you can hear his story, how he started to walk on music path, what transformation he went and going through. How, Andrew dealing with that lockdown has stopped him to pause on his album and how he adjusting to that. He is working on his album and by the plans it will be released in October, however lockdown has gotten his way a little, but it made him to start doing some things a bit different too. I think he is very talented and his music is beautiful with stories behind them. His voice is so calming even when he talks :).
Enjoy!
Matt as known as Von Macharius (@vonmarcharius) was the eight entry's guest of Generation Q. we had a lovely conversation, well about everything I guess… :)
But what we tried to focus on is: DO WHAT YOU LOVE! And do THAT thing for yourself. Without no expectation!
Von is a gamer and he started to share his journey 6 months ago and his audience is growing with each day. I checked a few streams of his, and even it's not my cup of tea - as they say - but it was actually fun to watch his streaming and kinda made me want to do some gaming as well.
The speed he is growing his audience, I find very fascinating and interesting. People notice there is no intentions for anything in his journey, and the uniqueness, his personality is something what people are draw to.
I'm trying to see what do I take from this talk with Von. He enjoys gaming - that's his hobby and makes him relax, and happy - and he streams that. Honestly, I don't find interest to watch others gaming for hours and I never really got it why that's fun to do so. But it doesn't mean I judge who does like to watch these kind of things. I guess, if you're playing the same game you can see what's coming up ion that mission? Or in the live games when you are playing against others aren’t the same as a fix game you bought? - I don't really know. Maybe that should've been a question to ask. :)
But what I learnt from Von and I talk is, no matter what are your interest, people will always listen to you, watch your creation, like and follow your craft. And when you are creating from your heart, maybe it will take a while, but you work, art will find the people you are resonate with you and you'll eventually connect.
His approach for negativity is just amazing; he always seeks for improvement, and appreciate nice words, nut not letting to get his head either.
"I don't hear the cheers or boo's"
That's the most important things we need to implement when we trying to share our journey in today's social media. -
Don't get upset if no one cares in your first few years in your journey, but if people find you, don't let their praise change you or their negative words get you. Don't do it for likes and views - have one intention only: and that is giving value just for one person without expectation.
I am glad to talk to Von. He is much younger than me but age doesn't necessarily means, that we are or aren't wise in that moment of our lives. We all and always learn from each other, all we need to do is talk, connect and listen with open mind and we let in change, growth.
Anyways, I let you see/hear it for yourself. Come and share your thoughts, and takes from this entry, let's connect and grow together.

I know, I know.. Me and my series :) But the original series I dreamt about over 2 years ago - HiiT Life.
I have so many to share with you, all I learnt and experienced; my journey of 'creating the person' I'd like to be.
It is a beautiful path, but can be pretty painful at times.
All the tools and methods I met, applied and worked, I decided I'll do my best and share it with you; maybe find a few things what you can take out and adjust it to you and can use it to make your life easier for you.
So, here is it, see it / hear it / read it yourself what I am up to this time :)

Hey my Friend,
The sixth entry is here with a little bit of a delay - which I am terribly sorry - however, it is here, and let's dive into some introductions.
Today's guest is Marco, who I also known for a few years now as we worked together a short period of time at Stansted Airport. Marco (@marcodias1988) is an amazing videographer, and I have to say an awesome reporter, as table has turned and we ended up he asking questions rather me interviewing him.
We went through his struggle to get back to be more productive, to my dream of a brand; talking about how much pressure we can get during Covid19 situation to be efficient and complete all the projects we had in mind. However, our lives had changed over the last couple of months and realised that sometimes spending actual - quality time with our children and spouse makes us happier than a completed project. :)
So, my take is from this entry is to enjoy my time with my family and go day by day; I'm making sure I do every day something to get me towards my projects to finish, but it is very important to not pressure myself over them.
We mentioned our friend a few times, Mihai (@mihai.mdm) and he himself was my second episode of Generation Q, and with Marco we decided that after lockdown we'll go and see Mihai to do some creating together.
Had a bit of an issue with quality of the sound for some reason, but hopefully still you can enjoy this episode with Marco.
Check out Marco's profile and see yourself his work, definitely worth it :)
