This book and its sequel (A Blessing In Disguise) has to be one of my all-time favourite reads. I loved every minute! The characters are believable, sympathetic (a notable exception being Miss Amelia Frazer!) and thoroughly engaging. I am hoping with all me heart that Elvi Rhodes writes more books in this series. Thank you, Elvi.
