Boogiecock!
This book is a monster. It's an extremely intense story. Probably not for kids. Unless you're a crappy parent. The themes it deals with are unsettling and the first chapter is a very good introduction to prepare you. I'd say if you can deal with that one, you can handle the rest the book.
However! That is NOT to say that the book is overly heavy. There is humor, often black in variety, littered throughout the novel. Sometimes even during very serious segments. Operation:Freakshow deals seriously with very serious issues, but it knows how to have fun at times. Somehow, the authors manage to blend in lightness without making a joke the main themes.
The only real issue I found was with the occasional grammatical error, such as a typo or misplaced comma. Things of that sort. A small problem that can easily be fixed in a future printing.
But even that doesn't diminish a powerful tale that demands to be read and pondered. This is a book that will make you think. Question laws, morals, and human nature in general.
Four out of five stars. I can't wait to indulge in more tales by these guys.
Chilling.
The author writes with such passion and emotion, each scene jumps from the pages and sends a slight chill into your bones. Even without going through the horrors of each characters past and present - the authors descriptive writing style makes you feel for each character in a way I have never honestly felt for characters in a book. This is an amazing read, I would reccomend it to everyone I know (and I have)

Wow. This is one of the most intense books I've ever read. Operation Freakshow grabs you from the first page and takes you on a wild ride. I will warn you this book is not for the faint of heart or the easily offended but if you can get past that its enthralling.
Five Stars
Amazing book by amazing authors. Book keeps your attention the whole time.
Death Note, Fight Club, and Sin City All in One
I usually don't read this kind of genre so I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it. What a surprise! Operation Freakshow begins with a shocking scene that sets you off on this high-speed action thriller. With plot twists, gruesome yet intriguing scenes, likeable yet scary characters and a moral dilemma in the overall theme, I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. Think Death Note, Sin City, and Fight Club all in one. I found myself fully engrossed in the dark city in which Operation Freakshow takes place, wondering about Ana's secret, and vouching for Freakshow, Ana, and Fish. The authors cleverly considered how the operation can affect society and the overall reaction of regular people, including young people and the police. I really liked this book and I'm looking forward to more of Koco and Fisher's works.
