With clients spanning Europe, Middle East, Asia, India, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the United States, Anisa Rashad Enterprises has created partnerships that span diverse industries including but not limited to: Aerospace and Defense, Financial Services, Professional Services, Utilities, Nationwide Government Agencies, Education and Healthcare. Her key focus areas are driving change, developing diverse talent (particularly women) and leading strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth and performance.
Anisa Rashad’s legacy includes building women’s programs that shatters glass ceilings. It provides A.C.C.E.S.S.TM to executive roles. She is a board member of the Goaldiggers - The Sankofa Project (whose mission is to connect underserved teen girls of African descent to education and gain college access).
Anisa Rashad holds an MBA from The John Hopkins University, is also a graduate of New York Time’s best selling author, Lisa Nichol’s Global Leadership program, a former Adjunct Professor for University of California San Diego, Rady School of Management and currently teaches for Webster University. Anisa is also the proud recipient of the 2017 Dream Big Experience Entrepreneur of the Year.
