Jordan Chacon is a Jewish Latina born and raised in the D.C. metro area. She studied environmental sciences and sociology at University of Wisconsin−Madison and now pursues her passion for cooking and eating as a chef in D.C. Her podcast, Mixed Until Combined, highlights the changing face and voice of America’s food culture and society. Jordan brings listeners behind the line and into the kitchens of chefs with mixed identities who combine their background, experiences, personality and soul into culinary art.
