It's a therapy sesh, live from the nook (AKA the closet). Terri & Melissa discuss major life transitions and Melissa gives some great ideas on how to get a feel for a town when you're not living there.
Do you have a town that you think is an incredible place to "retire" in? We'd love to hear from you.

We hope you're enjoying your summer ( or winter depending on which hemisphere you're living in). Melissa is just finishing up an epic camping trip with her husband and Terri has just sold her home of 25 years, bought a new one and is currently on a rafting/camping trip on the Green River in Colorado.

Today's episode is a quickie and was part of our in person hiking, camping and fishing adventure. If you're new to the podcast and are listening for the first time- welcome! We'd love for you to go back and listen to Episodes 76 and 77 where we talk about our hiking and camping misadventures. You heard that right- misadventures. The fishing didn't work out as planned either, but we still had a great time and isn't that what this is all about anyway- finding strengths AND weaknesses in ourselves and loving each other and our age with as much laughter as we can muster.

Last we left off, Terri and Melissa were recording from the Shenandoah National Park parking lot, after hiking for 8 hours and almost 10 miles. Did we hike another mile or 2 and find a campsite? Listen to hear what happened!
