This week, after a lengthy unplanned break. I speak to Sing/Songwriter and dedicated Cat Mother Jess Guise. We had a great conversation about some songs that were very personal for her and I couldn't be more pleased with how this episode came out!

This week I speak to Canadian comedian Jess Salomon who has made a wonderful mixtape with songs tied to moments in time, which is one of my favourite themes. Starting with Madonna, into Leonard Cohen, The Magnetic Fields, Rolling Stones, queen, Annie Lennox, Jefferson airplane, Grateful Dead, Lou Reed and David Byrne.

In this weeks episode I speak to artist, illustrator and pineapple pizza advocate Hamza Isa. He picked an eclectic selection of tracks ranging from the personal to out and out good to dance to bangers.

This week I made another collaborative Mixtape with contributions from several people who participated in the charity bike ride I did last weekend. We were raising money for the mental health charity C.A.L.M the Campaign Against Living Miserably who work towards reducing the male suicide rate in the UK.

After an accidental break Mixtapes is back with a group episode with people who were involved in the skateboarding events at this years olympics in Tokyo. Featuring Ed Leigh, Tim Warwood, Ramoen Verbeet, Marc Churchill and GB Skateboarding Team manager Darren Pearcy.

My guest makes a mixtape of 10 tracks without using the same artist twice and we talk about each song and what it means to them.
