This podcast episode is me meeting a vulnerability edge... when former coaching client Viktoriya Sandberg (entrepreneur and marketer extraordinaire in the tech space in Sweden) suggested we record a podcast episode instead of sending me a written testimonial, it felt awkward... I used to be deeply afflicted by stress - one year at Christmas, my older sister challenged me to eliminate it from my vocabulary and I found it to be soooo hard at first. Then, that challenge changed the course of my life.
