Headspace - are a free counselling service for people under 25, they have a bunch of physical locations and online resources find them at https://headspace.org.au
FACS - Family And Community Services is the government body responsible for abuse in New South Wales they're on https://www.facs.nsw.gov.au they have a bunch of good resource's including;
The child protection hotline - 132111 is open 24/7 to report abuse against children and young people, including you or your friends

however the mandatory reporting guide they created that Joel mentions in this episode is no longer available to the public, they recommend you use the above link to help look for signs of abuse and report on 132111 instead
