Welcome to Solvable Mysteries Podcast, hosted by Juras Sim and co-hosted by Glenn Highcove.  During this episode we discuss the extensive and unethical mind-control research program MK-Ultra, which was created and administered by the CIA under Allen Dulles.  We discuss the peculiar head scientist, Sidney Gottlieb, as well as the tragic and disturbing death of Frank Olson, who appears to have been drugged and possibly murdered for knowing too much about many of the activities going on at the CIA black sites and terminal interrogation centers during this project.  We also give an overview of Cold War history to give perspective on what the significance was of this project in the larger political landscape.
