Batters did not want to see him on the mound. Fans loved his heat! One of the very first to throw 100 mph, he had tremendous success in the majors, when healthy. He is one of only SEVEN pitchers in Major League Baseball HISTORY to ever have back-to-back 45 save seasons (not even the great Mariano Rivera did that).
His golf game may not be All Star caliber, but he sure tells great stories of baseball, golf and coming back from injuries. TREVOR ROSENTHAL takes the mound on this week's terrific episode of The Approach Shot.
