We tell ourselves stories every day- sometimes they're stories we make up, sometimes they come from other sources and stick, but they are in there DEEP and they tend to steer the ship- meaning if you've got a story that by hitting the top rank in your company, you are gonna be an awful mother and partner….well, then that's a true story and it's thick as a brick standing in the way of you hitting that rank.

...and just as powerful and TRUE as that story is...the availability to CHANGE it and write a new one is too.

It's one of my favorite weeks of the year because it's a perfect, natural time for taking stock of what you have accomplished so far, what you still have on the horizon- and equally as important, where have your priorities shifted- what can you unload, unpack and let go of to free you up for the next 6 months of adventuring?

Here's something to consider- every animal on the planet, the tide, you name it, is impacted directly and indirectly by the cycle of the moon, it seems pretty silly to think we, as humans, are exempt from this- right?

Setting intentions with the moon is an awesome way to reset your energy every month, let go of what isn't serving you and open your mind to what you will do next!
