This October North Carolina will have their first ever Masonic Con. The event is being put together by Brothers Matt Parker, Clint Green, and Cole Kubicki.

Matt Parker opens by telling us a little about Masonic Con in his state and how a newly made Master Mason Cole Kubicki has jumped into the breach to help them organize this great event. This one will be the very first one of its kind in the Southeast. WOW!!!

Once we talk about Masonic Con and all that’s going on I ask Matt Parker about the topics that he focuses on as Mason and the education he wants to impart to us all.

No matter how you look at it, there’s something about Freemasonry that tells you to keep looking deeper into our past, history, symbols, and our mysterious origins.

Brother Matt Parker shares some of his ideas as to what the early origins and meanings of Freemasonry were and are.

He shares powerful insights into Freemasonry and makes a very important observation by saying, “We have thousands of masons who are never initiated” I would have to second the motion from Brother Parker.

Brother Cole Kubicki, a newly raised Master Mason jumps into the conversation and shares his experience so far with Freemasonry and what he expects from here on out.

The newer generation is coming in wanting deeper connections to our past and a wealth of information and we must meet that challenge head-on some of these Masonic Conventions are a reaction to this inner calling not just from them but from many of us long-time Masons.

The fraternity needs to turn within and face our own fears and embrace what's already there for us to unpackage.
