a special guest mix by @playtalk

Recorded while raining in Los Angeles, this mix was inspired by some of my closest friends. New Age artists presented from the islands of Hawai'i. Pulled from the hearts of many forgotten and mixed with love! Songs transferred from cassettes, CDs and vinyl, this mix will happily aid you on a special journey!

Put on your silk robe and pour a vermouth into a crystal goblet with a square of ice. Push open the deep red balcony curtain and look out over that city. It is the hour when the sky is purple and the lights are just starting to twinkle on. No need for words. The music says it all... with feeling.

I recorded this whole mix in Microsoft Excel. It’s also a good soundtrack to opening the twitter app on your phone and then deciding that you don’t want to put yourself through that. - @raihan

Welcome to the Lounge of Forgotten Dreams, a cosmic nether realm where the real world and the dream world dance a sensual tango. This one features some of @maxsalty's favorite loungey tunes, laden with whispers of melancholy and glimpses of the sublime. Guaranteed to give you the chills.

“Hi there. This mix contains some records I discovered on the road, in the States and abroad. They bring me some warmth during these colder months of the year. This is from me to you. Enjoy.“ - @daronesassounian
