This week I'm continuing the concept that while you can't control a lot of what happens to you - especially in motherhood - you get to choose how you respond.

Negativity in motherhood seems to be all over social media and lead you to believe it's the only choice. Motherhood is hard and it will always suck. But it doesn't have to be like that.

I'm giving you a micro challenge this week of being aware of what you think and say - and choosing a new mindset thought.
