One of the highlights of the Feast of Pentecost in the Bible is the sermon from the Apostle Peter in Acts 2. Have you ever wondered or thought about this though: what Peter didn't preach is just as important as what he did preach.

Galatians 3:26-27 // It's not about you. It's about the Messiah. You are a child of Abraham, and more importantly a child of Yahweh through faith. When you were baptized into Messiah, you put on the Messiah. You're a new creature. Salvation is based on you being a different creature than you are in the natural. No one is saved based upon the natural or physical.

Galatians 3:24-25 // Prior to the coming of the Messiah, the law acted as a Guardian to the people of Israel, leading them like children to the arrival of their promised Messiah. Once that faith came, their was a spiritual adulthood that wasn't there before. The same holds true in our individual lives.

Galatians 3:23 // Paul says "Before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law." Did faith not exist prior to the New Testament? And what does it mean that the law keeps us in custody? Does the law imprison us?
