Gophers win narrowly over Omaha
-Not super surprised at the level of competition Omaha offered
-Resiliency coming back from 1-0 and 2-1 in the third period
-Get past them, much tougher challenge against BU
Gophers can’t capitalize and end the season against BU
-Hot start from birthday boy Jaxon Nelson
-Old guy line buzzing, but needed more from the depth
-BU was incredible at blocking shots from just about everywhere
-A few squeaker goals given up proved to be very significant, if you think about it before the empty netters
-A few big chances whiffed on late, Brodzinski one-timer, fan on Lamb rebound shot in close
-The small differences between a very good and great team

-Depth key, but needed to come in clutch and have the gamebreakers emerge at the right time, and didn’t

-Another freshman class like those older guys coming in to be a young team
-The Portal?
-Goaltending big question mark.
